Our Mission: Our Company bases its' business on becoming the preferred provider for all of your engineering, construction and development needs, performing the best work on time, and in the most professional fashion.
NeMaco Inc. is a general contracting company that deals directly with public agencies, commercial businesses and landlords that require new tenant improvements, capital improvements, and general development. Our services include architectural design, civil and structural engineering, planning, zoning, mapping/plotting, project management, bid production, and value engineering of projects.
Our objectives: We want our company to work at all levels of our industry, but not limited to one product type. Eventually we would like to have a team that has a specialist in each product type; office, retail, industrial, life science, and residential.
Our competitive advantage is our alignment with the companies, and the people that conduct the majority of the business and have the knowledge of ever changing trends. In the short term we will have the advantage of being able to provide a lower cost alternative due to low overhead, and in the long term NeMaco will provide the most professional service as we align ourselves with specialists in each product type.
Our strength is the relationships we have with our clients, and vendors. Our ability to provide a lower cost product due to a stream lined business model with low overhead. The success we have achieved to date has come from our ability to build a team that has specific strengths in all areas of the construction process. A consistent review of our client base needs has allowed us to meet and exceed all company goals on a monthly basis. As well as a complete understanding of local requirements, codes/ compliances and long working relationships with many local municipalities.
Goal: Our goal is to combine the knowledge, strengths, and overall market coverage of myself and subcontractors that have spent a large portion, if not all of their professional lives in the construction, estate, and related businesses. Via this venture we focus our energy on building a business of happy customers. Our main goal at Nemaco is to develop opportunities through our existing relationships, and previous success. Focusing on all aspects of Design, construction and development opportunities.
All opportunities are taken on a case-by-case basis with careful diligence completed within an agreed upon schedule. Securing only the best sub-contractors, materials, supervision and management.
The foundation of NeMaco’s business is to be the best at what we do. It is imperative to align ourselves with the very best on site superintendents and project managers who are knowledgeable in all aspects of the construction process, toughness, and professionalism that we would expect as a representative of NeMaco.
