Design of new Commercial Building, two stories (mixed used)
Project Address: 6992 El Cajon Blvd San Diego, Ca 92115
Scope of Work: Design New 15,000 sq.ft, two stories building with offices on the second floor and a “shell only” commercial space on the ground floor with new onsite parking.
Preparation of the Topographic map, Site plan, floor plans, exterior & interior elevations and building sections, reflected ceiling plans, all parking, patios and hardscape design, Conceptual irrigation and landscaping design, interior & exterior lighting layout, switching control & outlet layout, Plumbing and Mechanical Design, Provide Title 24 energy calculations including all glazing & lighting requirement standards, Structural design, calculation, and design and all architectural details necessary for submittal to the, City of San Diego to obtain building permit. Included as the part of this contract are processing of the plans with the building Dept. The plans will be complete for bidding by contractors.
