Scope of Work: Selective demolition of existing building structure. Coordination and removal, asbestos abatement. Structural design for, complete seismic retrofit, including construction of new roof system for HVAC equipment and correction of drainage. Complete title 24 package, including all ADA and energy calculations.
Civil engineering design, layout and installation of concrete for all new exterior sidewalks and handicap approaches within City Right of Way. Land surveying topo, construction staking, traffic control. Design and permitting of sidewalk café. 1202-1220 University Avenue.
Complete structural and Civil engineering for entire building.
Complete design and tenant improvement including ADA Men’s and Women’s bathrooms of Doggie Day Care Center.
