Scope of Work: Prepare site plan identities for the path of travel and all areas of work pertaining to the ADA parking. As-Built drawings of the existing floor plan, redesign and constructin of (10) existing suites/rooms to comply with the current ADA standards, Relocate ADA van parking, detail every ADA spot with a new curb ramp, Create ADA van drop off at the lobby entry, redesign and construction of the existing Bar with new Bar. City of San Diego permits process and obtain final approval.
