Due to the historical nature of this particular project type, NeMaco has worked directly with City of San Diego Center City Development and Historic Resource so as to obtain final building approval. Scope of Work: Selective demolition to an existing building, removal and replacement of existing roof covering and damaged roof joist, redesign of structural support system so as to accommodate new HVAC equipment and re-roof with torch applied system. Removal and replacement of all existing plumbing including sewer/water main to City point of connection. Read more

Scope of Work: Design build, planning, budgeting, permitting, and purchasing complete architectural and structural engineering design for combining two existing buildings into one building for use as a grocery store. Selective interior and exterior demolition, removal and replacement of interior concrete slab, for installation of new underground electrical and plumbing, Installation of refrigeration and HVAC, exterior building façade and store front, all interior fixtures and finishes.
