From conceptual design through design development and construction, Nemaco Inc. makes your project a priority. We are experts in bringing facilities into compliance with current uniform building code (UBC) and American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. We work with clients on all aspects of tenant improvement from design concept to architectural drawing, permit and construction.
Due to existing relationships, and understanding of product types, as well as the materials required to complete jobs we would provide the absolute best service and product.
Pricing is always determined by the prevailing market rates for all hourly wages, and contract pricing. Final pricing will be based on scope on scope of work, specifics of project for that market. Fees will be paid for set up, procurement of bids, material, and other items related to the project, as well as management of the project.
Planning
NeMaco’s construction management staff, has many years of conceptual estimating experience, and works directly with all clients to make their construction dreams turn into reality. NeMaco’s team listens to all concerns and questions the client may have and based on experience alone can help make your vision come true.

Engineering
Our architectural and civil/structural engineering division takes a project through planning, zoning, (preliminary design) mapping, plotting and ultimately the final approval design stage.
At NeMaco Inc., we offer our clients the advantage of enhanced project controls by providing surveying services from conceptual to construction layout. Our surveyors have developed a combination of high production techniques and quality controls that assure cost effect and timely completion of the project. We utilize coordinate staking plans, coupled with highly productive, preloaded data collectors. When matched to the total station, this provides a field system that is flexible enough to allow for changing field conditions. The data collectors also allow collection of as-staked information to provide continuous electronic quality control checks. The development of any project brings the most exacting of surveying requirements. The fundamentals of collecting, processing and delivering survey information are continuing to rapidly change. NeMaco Inc. surveyors are adapting to those on-going technological changes and have been trained to use state-of-the-art surveying instruments efficiently and accurately to meet your project needs. Our key survey services include ALTA surveys, boundary adjustments, construction staking, control/high precision surveys, deed interpretation, preparation of legal documents, preparation of subdivision, parcel, and record of survey maps, quantity maps, right of way surveying, route surveys, subsidence monitoring and topographic surveys.
The project is now ready for management, bid and construction. When using sub –contractors NeMaco provides full support to all vendors via RFI's for plan clarification, and hands on help when needed.
Construction
The product we will deliver is turnkey tenant improvements, redevelopment, capital improvements, ground up development and public works. We provide complete construction services, procurement of all bids, hiring of all of subcontractors, equipment, and materials per the scope of work. We also work with all municipalities in all permitting, and other matters including all special inspections (testing of materials) and City building inspections. Due to existing relationships, and understanding of product types, as well as the materials required to complete jobs we would provide the absolute best service and product.
NeMaco holds both general engineering construction license "A", and general building construction license “B”.
